We’ve received word from our production facility in San Diego that after some unfortunate delays, all of the production materials for Deus Machina Demonbane (the disc, DVD case, slipcase, and printed manual insert) are all in one place and in the process of being put together and shrinkwrapped for delivery.

In preparation for shipping the game next week, we’ll be starting to process preorders on Monday, May 2nd. Since the preorder window has been so long, changes in status of the orders will have occurred for some customers. If your CC information has changed, we’ll catch it automatically and request further information from you. If your address has changed, please let us know by Monday, May 2nd at the email address below so we don’t accidentally ship to the wrong address.

We’ll have more information on the Demonbane launch, including details on download availability, next week. Thanks again for bearing with us through the odyssey that was the production of this game, and we hope you enjoy the finished product!

We anticipate that the process of assembling the game will take another couple of weeks, and it will be ready by the end of April. We apologize for this unforeseen delay and will provide continued updates as the production process continues. Below are preliminary photos of the test sheets for the slipcase box assembly and one of the sheets of printing for the artbook/manual (not the final version, some small corrections will be made in the final):

Again, at this point we’re anticipating another couple of weeks to the process as the actual discs have yet to be printed.

The announcement was made last week over at Nitroplus USA, and it is indeed official: Deus Machina Demonbane is complete, and headed to the printers! Along with the announcement, you can check out the full Release Notes for the game, which contains details about the choices made in the localization process as well as the various release formats. The game is scheduled to ship in mid- to late March, and you can preorder for free shipping (reduced cost shipping outside the US) from the JAST USA shop!

*The fine print: We will choose a follower randomly on Feburary 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th from among all current followers listed at the time of selection.
