An unfortunate glitch at the printers caused the wrong material to get printed to the discs that were intended for distribution at the beginning of this month (we hope the other company found out what they'd gotten on their discs before they sent them out to their customers), so the physical copy will be another couple of weeks in arrival -- very sorry for the inconvenience. However, we are now fulfilling download orders and accepting orders for a download + CD bundle, so you can get the best of both worlds!
