The ASA in England wins a WTF Award:

'Sexually provocative' Dakota Fanning perfume ad banned in UK. Coty UK, the perfume's manufacturer insisted that the ad "did not show any private parts or sexual activity" and said it was "provoking, but not indecent." But the ASA ruled that Fanning "was holding up the perfume bottle... in her lap between her legs and we considered that its position was sexually provocative." In a statement, it said that while it accepted that Fanning was 17, "we considered she looked under the age of 16," and that her outfit and pose "drew attention to her sexuality." "Because of that... we considered the ad could be seen to sexualize a child. We therefore concluded that the ad was irresponsible and was likely to cause serious offense."

Nevermind the obvious fact that Dakota is a popular actress, and maybe they just used her because she's a celebrity, and not for ulterior child rapist motives?

So with that kind of logic: A man who has sex with a 25 year old woman who happens to look 16 should be considered a child rapist, and said woman should be denied sexual relations until she looks 18 years or older, although everyone knows the 16 year old looking woman is really 25.

The Red Cross is an idealistic and pacifistic organization... so I'm honestly unsurprised they'd say something like that. After all, the Red Cross wants to outlaw the entire concept of war. Now far be it for me to bad mouth them: they're one of the greatest humanitarian foundations in existence. Unlike organizations like the Salvation Army, they don't withhold aid based on religion or sexual preference. However don't expect the US game industry to actually bat an eye at this... it wouldn't pass a second with the 1st Amendment. ESPECIALLY after the Supreme Court just recently ruled that violent games sales cannot be regulated by state laws, without violating the same.

So first of all, apparently you CAN jump houses in a car. Not that you'd probably want to ... but it is evidently possible.

Secondly, I'm quite impressed by the way the car remained stationary after it landed on top of the roof. Considering that most roof shingles are not at all designed to have two tons of car resting atop them, the fact that it didn't slide off the roof is kind of amazing.

And third - they picked up the guy a block away? How did he get down off of the roof?
