Moero Package Release Delayed

Announcements

When we last heard from our warehouse in San Diego, Moero Downhill Night was on its way in a truck from the printing facility to us where it would shortly be packaged and sent off to customers. We’ve just received word that upon arrival, the contents of the game were not what we expected; they had mistakenly printed a music CD on the discs labeled with our game title.

Needless to say, we’re left with some egg (haggis?) on our face from this, and we deeply regret the unexpected error. We have prepared the game’s download edition and will be sending complimentary download codes to all preorder customers very soon (within the next 24-48 hours) so they can begin to play the game immediately; our staff in America is working overtime to ensure that the real game is put on the discs this time and we will have it out all of our customers as soon as possible. We’ll be providing regular updates as we continue to correspond with our facility Stateside.

Once again we deeply regret this error, and will be greatly tightening the quality control supervision over the printing process in the future.

Note that at this time the download edition will be made available only to our preorder customers as thanks for their patience while we sort things out; standard retail sale of the download will be offered at a later date.

[...] Moero Downhill Night Delayed Again: It was only supposed to be a week but thanks to someone along the line printing music on the discs instead of eroge, the physical copies of the game are being delayed yet again. Luckily at least, anyone who pre-ordered the download version was sent codes to get their copies of the game. Everyone else is going to have to sit tight for awhile longer to drive around the passes with Michi. It’s still available for preorder from J-List (NSFW) and Right Stuf and my early review is here.
