Due to a server issue experienced by the third party provider of our Software Defender content management service we experienced a brief outage earlier today that prevented users from installing newly purchased products that utilize the Software Defender protection system. The system is now back online and all products should be fully functional; we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the patience of fans inconvenienced for the interval that the system was down. We are working with the vendor to ensure this sort of interruption does not occur again.
